I tailor pretty much every website I create, both because I want to give you a unique website and because I love designing. However, if you've found a template you'd like to use, Of course I'll customize it too.
When I create a tailored website, I have full control over code and files. Ready-made templates are often made with frameworks such as Bootstrap. A framework contains many heavy files and a lot of code, which can slow down the loading of your website and make the website more complicated than it needs to be.
Finished design templates also place restrictions on how much you can customize. And whether you buy it or choose a free design template, very many will have websites created with the same template.
